Lakeland Micromax TS

Lightweight disposable coverall for type 4, 5 & 6 applications

MicroMAX NS series garments manufactured with sewn and taped seams, offering safe Type 4 protection in the form of exceptionally lightweight and comfortable overalls. The use of taped seams means that MicroMAX TS suits are stronger than similar overalls made with welded seams, yet are very competitively priced.

Stitched and taped seams ensure a complete seal - no holes in the seam to allow dust and liquids to penetrate.

Taped seams are inherently stronger and more durable than the welded seams used on some competing garments.

The double fold over zip flap is fitted with double-sided tape to ensure a perfect zip seal.

Antistatic properties. The coverall meets the requirements of EN 1149-1.
Meets the requirements of EN1073-2: protection against radioactive particle contamination.
The fabric has been tested for biological penetration in accordance with EN 14126.

Usage:

Protection against light splashes of low-risk liquid chemicals and hazardous solids.
Applications requiring protection against more intense splashing and splashing of liquid chemicals (Type 4).
Cleanroom applications (additional cleaning possible) - taped seams eliminate the risk of contamination through seams.
Applications in hospitals and healthcare - protection against biological penetration / blood borne pathogens.
Removal of asbestos from confined spaces.
Asbestos removal and handling.
The high quality microporous laminate (65 g/m2) offers excellent protection against dust and liquids thanks to its soft and flexible fabric with good vapour barrier properties.
