CleanAIR® PRESSURE ForMask unit
The Pressure Flow Master allows you to control the amount of air supplied from the central compressed air distribution or compressor and keeps it constant regardless of changes in inlet pressure. In addition to flow control, the system is equipped with a warning whistle that warns the user if the inlet pressure drops below the lower limit of the working pressure (approx. 350 kPa).
A filter with two threads is inserted between the unit outlet fitting and the mask:
-p3 filter for dusty applications
-in the case of gaseous environments, the A2B2E2K2-P3 filter
In the event of a failure of the compressed air supply, it is always necessary to leave the contaminated or endangered area immediately and in the shortest possible time, the filters serve as a "last resort" in case of a leak, not as a guarantee of the possibility of continuing work!!!

The unit provides a conceptual solution for workplaces where a connection to compressed air from a manifold or compressor is available. Its main advantages for users are its negligible carrying weight, its operating time unlimited by the battery capacity of the accumulator and its minimal size makes it invaluable when working in tight spaces. To adjust the quality of the pressurized air, a CleanAIR Conditioner must be connected to the unit whenever a source of air with a cleaner outlet that meets the breathing requirements is not available.
The basic element is a pressure reducing valve ensuring the supply of a constant amount of air to the head section at an inlet pressure of 0.4 - 1.0 MPa. The unit is also equipped with a locking head, which the user can turn to regulate the air flow and fix the selected position.
The CleanAIR Pressure Respiratory System is particularly suitable for use in work environments with extreme concentrations of pollutants or where pollutants cannot be clearly detected. ForMask is equipped with a pressure gauge that continuously informs about the air pressure entering the system. The integrated silencer significantly reduces noise levels.
Approved for use with the GX-02 mask. Use with other masks with 40x1/7" connection thread is technically possible in some cases, but it is not certified PPE. For some masks, however, this use cannot be recommended at all.
