Self-damping welding hood CA-20 based on the Balder BH3 Grand hood:

• Adjustment of sensitivity, blackout and blackout delay; increased sensitivity of TIG detection
• Blackout rate 0.15 ms
• Flexi hood-flexible, smooth and gentle closure of the hood around the face to improve the tightness to the environment and better use of the incoming air

CleanAIR® BASIC 2000 FlowControl filter-ventilation unit

It is replaced by the CleanAir Basic EVO unit

ensures highly effective filtration of air contaminated by particles-smoke and aerosols released from the welding bath, as well as from fine particles generated during material finishing or cleaning of welds.

The unit has a switchable flow rate in the range of 140-210 l/min in eight steps according to the actual physical effort of the welder (due to temperature, positional demands, etc.). CleanAIR® BASIC 2000 in conjunction with a hood provides reliable respiratory protection without breathing resistance and eliminates eye and face exposure.

The set includes:

Welding hood CA-20 with Grand V9-13 DS ADC plus cassette (control directly on the cassette) and flexi hood; filter unit with Standart belt, accumulator, filter and pre-filter; automatic charger; flow indicator; hose to connect the hood and filter unit.
